Energy use in buildings is highly dependent on the users' behavior.
That is why we have developed for residents of the Cell a SmartMonitor user interface which is directly connected with WI-FI to the controller of the control system.
SmartMonitor informs tenant with current heat and electricity production and the amount of stored energy and water.
The "Eco" indicators direct tenant's attention to use of electricity and hot water so that the user can adjust his stay.
Eco indicators are also changing according to the weather forecast and "allow" the user greater use of electricity in case of clear weather forecast
and increased use of water when rainy days are expected.
The SmartMonitor enables tenant also continued oversight of the quality of the living environment in the Cell.
Although the interface is adapted to the systems in the Cell, the proposed solutions can be used in any control system in buildings.
